By downloading, installing, or using Nottie Pocket, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms here, you must delete Nottie Pocket from your devices and cease using our services immediately.

You must meet the following eligibility conditions to use our service:

• You must be at least 13 years of age.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the service.
• All profile metadata and billing details you provide during checkout must be accurate and authentic.

When creating a profile on Nottie Pocket, you agree to the following security protocols:

• You are solely responsible for protecting your sign-in details and credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your account details.
• You remain legally accountable for all sync actions and operations processed under your account details.

To keep Nottie Pocket safe for all users, you agree not to engage in:

• Illegal activities: Using our capture endpoints to transmit unlawful or violating content.
• Product disruptions: Spamming notes endpoints, executing denial-of-service tricks, or attempting to breach our server structure.
• Hacking or scraping: Scraping Nottie Pocket systems or attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary synchronization software.

Your notes belong to you. We respect your intellectual property rights:

• You retain full ownership of all texts, database tables, and links you save through Nottie Pocket.
• You grant Nottie Pocket a limited, non-exclusive license to process, cache, and transmit your data to Notion as required to provide our sync service.

For paid plans or billing operations, the following terms apply:

• Pricing plans: All active rates are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change.
• Billing cycles: Subscriptions are processed on a monthly or annual cycle. We require manual top-ups; billing is not automatic.
• Refund policies: Subscription fees are refundable within 14 days of transaction processing if you write to support.

Nottie's branding assets, custom layouts, color palettes, logo marks, code scripts, and visual components belong entirely to Nottie. You are granted a limited license to run Nottie Pocket for personal use, but you may not copy, resell, or distribute our product materials commercially without explicit consent.

We strive to provide uninterrupted synchronization availability, but the service may undergo planned maintenance updates, database structural repairs, or temporary network outages. We reserve the right to modify or adjust service utilities without liability.

We respect your choice to leave, and expect fair use:

• You can delete your Nottie Pocket account at any time via your dashboard, which immediately schedules your data for removal.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive traffic, or fail to resolve subscription disputes.

Nottie Pocket is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that database syncs will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nottie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data corruption, or sync service interruptions) arising out of or in connection with the use of Nottie Pocket.

We may update these terms periodically to account for software iterations or changes in regulations. When modifications are published, we will update the date header. Continued use of Nottie Pocket after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
